Our chefs have the necessary experience to ensure sound management of day-to-day operations with customer satisfaction at heart.
They are supported by a team of managers with extensive experience in the field. In addition, we provide overall supervision of food operations. collaborating with residence management to maintain a high level of professionalism.
We mainly serve the greater Montreal area and the Montérégie region.
Amélys has become a benchmark in food management. Over the years, we have signed more than 9 food management agreements with seniors' residences. The expanded food services management team now includes chefs, cooks, dishwashers/food assistants and dining room attendants in addition to the management team. Amélys makes a significant contribution to the lives of over 600 clients, while preparing close to 400,000 meals annually.
